We are looking for a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with prior startup-stage CFO experience and a strong investment banking background serving global clients to join our 20-plus-member team building a truly global product. This is an equity-heavy, milestone-based opportunity: you'll receive 2–3.5% equity based on the expertise and value you bring, plus an investment commitment of USD 150 K–250 K so that you have real skin in the game. Role OverviewAs our CFO, you will:Secure funding for our product through equity and debt rounds, crafting robust financial plans and guiding due diligence.

Negotiate and close B2B deals with corporate partners, leveraging your investment banking acumen to structure win-win arrangements. Set up and scale our finance infrastructure, including accounting, reporting, controls, and treasury processes. Build revenue pipelines by conducting market research, identifying new verticals, and modeling potential revenue streams.

Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Investor RelationsLead PRESEED, SEED, Series A/B/C rounds; prepare investor materials and financial models. Manage ongoing communications with global investors and board members. Corporate Finance & PartnershipsIdentify, negotiate, and execute strategic B2B agreements.

Structure partnerships and revenue-share models to maximize mutual value. Financial Systems & ControlsDesign and implement scalable accounting, reporting, and internal-control frameworks. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and tax compliance.

Strategic Planning & AnalysisConduct market research to validate pricing, TAM, and revenue opportunities. Develop long-term financial models to support growth and profitability targets. QualificationsStartup CFO Experience: Minimum of 3 years as CFO in a high-growth startup; track record of scaling finance teams and processes.

Investment Banking Background: Prior IB experience managing M&A, capital markets, or client advisory for global corporations. Global Client Exposure: Demonstrated ability to engage and close transactions with international investors or partners. Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, scenario analysis) and tools (Excel, SQL, ERP systems).

Leadership & Communication: Strong communicator capable of influencing C-suite and board, and mentoring a finance team. Compensation & EquityEquity Grant: 2 – 3.5% of company equity, vesting against clearly defined milestones. Milestone-Based Cash: Compensation tied to achievement of fundraising, revenue, and operational KPIs (details negotiated case by case).

Presentation RequirementCandidates will be required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation covering:Secure initial funding within 90 daysAchieve early revenue targets: Sign at least 5 strategic B2B partnerships and generate USD 200 K in contracted revenue within 6 months. Develop robust financial models: Create rolling 12- and 24-month P&L, cash-flow, and balance-sheet forecasts. Diversify revenue streams: Identify and validate at least two new monetization channels (e.g., subscription, transaction fees).

Optimize cash runway and burn rate: Stretch initial funding to at least 12 months of runway with monthly KPI dashboards. Strengthen investor relations & governance: Deliver quarterly financial reports and board decks; ensure regulatory compliance. Expand into new markets: Support product launches in two additional regions ( Europe, Middle east) by end of
