Job Title: Chief Risk Management Officer

Job Description:

The role of the Chief Risk Management Officer is to lead and manage independent projects across a wide range of operational risk management areas.

  • Lead and manage internal control assessments, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies, third-party risk management, incident management and reporting, loss data, and business continuity for financial institutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a deep understanding of process risk and controls, along with associated compliance requirements.

  • Awareness of Basel standards for Operational risk management and related areas
  • Good understanding and awareness of local Regulatory requirements for FIs across banking, insurance and NBFCs issued by respective Regulators such as RBI, IRDA, & SEBI
  • Exposure to GRC tools such as MetricStream, SAP GRC, etc. will be beneficial
