Job Title: Chief Security Officer - Strategic Risk Management

 

Safety and Security Focus:Our organization prioritizes the safety and security of our employees, assets, and infrastructure. We seek a seasoned professional to lead our security initiatives with strategic risk management expertise. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to safeguard personnel, resources, and facilities.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and propose strategies to mitigate potential threats.
  • Oversee the functionality of CCTV systems, access control measures, and other security solutions.
  • Monitor outsourced security service providers and ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Promote awareness programs on organizational policies and ethics.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies and government authorities.
  • Support in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals.
  • Act as a liaison during audits or inspections, providing critical information and support.
  • Investigate internal complaints, including POSH cases and security incidents, collaborating with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams for timely and fair resolutions.
  • Assist in developing and implementing emergency response procedures and conduct periodic mock drills to ensure site readiness.

 

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in security management, leadership, and strategic risk mitigation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
