Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeam Lead / Manager
  • Strategically lead and manage the GRC team for optimal performance.
  • Act as primary liaison between stakeholders and central risk functions.
  • Define key performance indicators, ensure audit-readiness, and drive the GRC roadmap forward.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Risk Management.
ServiceNow GRC Architect / Lead Consultant
  • Provide technical vision and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture.
  • Oversee integrations, scalability, and security for seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams to optimize GRC solutions.
ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant
  • Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance).
  • Translate business requirements into functional workflows.
  • Support testing, training, and go-live activities for successful implementation.
  • Align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR).
GRC / Risk & Compliance Analyst
  • Maintain accurate risk registers, control libraries, and policy documentation.
  • Support audits, evidence collection, and control testing for comprehensive assurance.
  • Generate informative dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps).
  • Liaise with business units on control responsibilities for effective risk management.
