Main Responsibilities:
  • Tech Exploration: Conduct thorough research, testing, and recommendation of new technologies to support various departments.

  • Digital Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training materials, including videos, tutorials, and guides, to support our Digital Training Academy.
  • Solution Documentation: Share knowledge and document solutions to help staff adopt new tools with confidence.
  • IT Collaboration: Facilitate communication between IT, users, and the transformation team by providing troubleshooting and support.
  • Licensing and Cost Management: Monitor and track licenses and costs for digital tools, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to new technology-focused projects as part of our transformation journey.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, AI, Computer Science, or related field (graduates with strong potential will be considered).
  • Experience with automation platforms (UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier) and AI tools (ChatGPT, copilots).
  • Proficiency in digital content creation using tools like Canva, Camtasia, Adobe, or AI-driven content platforms.
  • Basic technical and process troubleshooting skills, problem-solving ability, and resilience.
  • Curiosity, willingness to experiment, and quick learning ability.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills, self-driven, and able to work independently.
