Job Description:

As a trusted partner in digital transformation, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and closure according to strict deadlines. This role involves leading both internal teams and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects in line with our strategic goals.

  • Manage client expectations and maintain responsibility for all project deliverables
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated documents estimating resources and participants needed
  • Oversee the project lifecycle using defined methodologies and ensure timely completion
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Direct work experience in a project management capacity including all aspects of process development and execution on SFCC platform
  • Strong familiarity with project management and release management software such as Microsoft Project ServiceNOW JIRA or similar tools
  • Solid working knowledge of current IT technologies across a broad range of solutions with a focus on release management processes and methodologies
