Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

 

Job Summary:

As a Strategic HR Leader, you will be responsible for driving our recruitment strategies and managing the hiring process for various roles. Your expertise in developing effective recruitment plans will help us attract top talent in the QSR, Hotel, Hospitality, and Kitchen staff sectors.

 

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to source high-quality candidates across multiple locations.
  • Manage the entire hiring process from candidate sourcing to onboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and timely completions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Generate regular MIS reports to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

 

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, preferably in the QSR sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
