Human Resources Manager

Solar Group is seeking an experienced HR Manager to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, productivity, and business growth.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to analyze complex data to inform key decisions. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the company's operational goals, driving employee engagement and increasing morale and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee capabilities, increase productivity, and drive business growth.
  • Oversee recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of qualified personnel, develop effective onboarding programs, and integrate new employees smoothly.
  • Implement employee recognition and retention programs, ensure training needs, and support training programs to develop technical and behavioral skills.
  • Identify competency gaps, work closely with stakeholders to develop training plans, and analyze HR data trends to provide insights on key HR metrics.
  • Present regular reports for management on HR activities and trends, support initiatives aimed at strengthening company culture, improving employee engagement, and driving organizational growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR initiatives, driving employee engagement, and increasing productivity.
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management.
