Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Human Resources department as a Senior Human Resources Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth, fostering a positive work environment that aligns with the company's overall vision.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including designing job descriptions, posting ads, and scheduling interviews, to attract top talent and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining a strong employer brand.
  • Develop compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain key employees.
  • Host in-house recruitment events and develop strategies to improve employer brand awareness, creating a positive employee experience.
  • Discuss employees' career development paths with managers and provide guidance on employee relations, supporting their growth within the organization.
  • Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire, to inform data-driven decisions and optimize HR processes.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role, demonstrating leadership skills and ability to foster a positive work environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS), ensuring efficient HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and ability to maintain compliance, upholding the company's commitment to fair labor practices.
  • Excellent communication abilities and leadership skills, empowering employees to excel in their roles.
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations and resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a positive work environment.
