Human Resource Management Role

The core objective of a Human Resource Manager is to foster a productive and healthy work environment within an organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Employee Welfare Administration: Ensure timely provision of welfare benefits, organize welfare events as per the approved calendar, and enhance the grievance redressal process to resolve employee complaints efficiently.
  • HR Administrative Processes: Manage time office & payroll, statutory compliance, security and gate control, facilities management, contract labour administration, and labour law adherence.
  • Statutory Compliance and Legal: Review and complete PF activities, evaluate and complete ESIC activities, ensure timely filing of returns, and respond to inspections and notices from government authorities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise effectively with local and government officials, IR liaisoning with political influencers, Union Leaders and local bodies, and maintain healthy relationships with the labour department.
  • Disciplinary Measures: Implement disciplinary actions for misconducts and be conversant with the process of Disciplinary inquiry and legal drafting.

Essential Qualifications:

  • MBA or MHRM: A Master's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management is crucial for this position.
  • Relevant Domain Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the human resource domain, preferably in a manufacturing plant setting.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English language is required.
