Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Strategic HR Leader located in Nagpur. The Strategic HR Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals. Daily tasks will include overseeing recruitment processes, enhancing employee engagement, managing performance reviews, implementing training programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves collaborating with senior management to provide HR insights and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR strategy development and implementation
  • Skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
  • Proficiency in performance management, employee engagement, and training programs
  • Knowledge of labor laws, policies, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
