What You'll Do

  • Talent Acquisition – Lead end-to-end hiring across technical, sales, service, and operations.
  • Employee Engagement – Drive initiatives that make work inspiring, collaborative, and fun.
  • Performance & Growth – Implement appraisal systems, incentive models, and career pathways.
  • Learning & Development – Design training roadmaps and leadership programs.
  • HR Operations – Oversee payroll, compliance, and policies with efficiency and transparency.
  • Strategic Partner – Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and culture building.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR (education, tech, or innovation sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR practices & Indian labor laws.
  • Great communicator, empathetic leader, and culture builder.
  • Data-driven, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling setup.
