Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support the HR department in its daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth HR operations, assist in maintaining employee records, support recruitment efforts, and contribute to employee engagement and tracking attendances of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination

  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed (attendance, leaves, employee data, etc.)

  • Support payroll preparation by collecting relevant employee data

  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures

  • Help organize employee engagement activities, birthday celebrations, and internal events

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws

  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, MBA in Human Resource,

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and a high level of discretion

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
