Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Pune, involves assisting the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. The Human Resources Assistant will oversee HR management tasks, maintain employee records, assist with HR Information Systems (HRIS), support benefits administration, and help coordinate training sessions. Additionally, the role demands effective communication with team members and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and their usage
  • Experience in Benefits Administration
  • Skills in coordinating and supporting training initiatives
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in an HR role preferred but not mandatory
