Role Overview
 

We're seeking a proactive HR intern who will gain hands-on experience in human resources while contributing to the development and implementation of company policies. This role offers exceptional learning opportunities in a fast-paced tech environment, with mentorship from experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Policy Development & Documentation

• Research, draft, and update employee policies and procedures
• Develop comprehensive employee handbook sections
• Create policy templates for various HR functions
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
• Collaborate with leadership to align policies with company culture and values

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Support end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics
• Assist with job posting creation and distribution

Employee Onboarding & Engagement

• Design and improve onboarding processes for new hires
• Conduct orientation sessions and coordinate training programs
• Support employee engagement initiatives and surveys
• Assist with performance management processes
• Help organize team building activities and company events

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Assist with leave management and attendance tracking
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Generate HR reports and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of HRIS systems
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Pyjama HR )
• Understanding of data privacy regulations
