Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Implement efficient manufacturing processes to reduce lead times, improve quality, and increase productivity.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate material costs, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and semi-finished goods.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control processes at the contract manufacturer's location to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management practices to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, ensuring that production is always aligned with market demand.
Requirements:
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges using problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems such as Odoo.
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration, with 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup.
