Industrial Engineering Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Assistant Manager of Industrial Engineering, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality by optimizing production processes and reducing costs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conducting periodic audits to identify and address potential issues.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new systems and technologies.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs associated with indirect materials.
  • Coordinating with the Supply Chain Management team to review safety stock levels.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or Automotive) with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Auto, Prod) with 10-12 years of experience.
  • Relevant experience in Process Engineering/Industrial Engineering is essential.
