
Process Excellence Lead

This is a key role in driving business process transformations and optimizing operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will have expertise in process management, project delivery, and change leadership. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop comprehensive solutions to address these gaps.
The Process Excellence Lead will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, conducting process assessments, and recommending process changes. They will also identify opportunities for automation using tools like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics platforms to streamline manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Additionally, the Process Excellence Lead will drive the integration of enterprise systems, collaborate with finance teams to optimize financial processes, and engage with cross-functional project teams to ensure clear communication and coordination of project activities.
They will develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to monitor the impact of process improvements and tool integrations, and conduct regular project status meetings to provide updates to stakeholders and prepare reports on project progress and outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct process assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend process changes.
- Identify opportunities for process automation using tools like RPA and data analytics platforms to streamline manual processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive the integration of key enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with finance teams to optimize financial processes and ensure integration of finance tools for improved accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
- Engage with cross-functional project teams to ensure clear communication, collaboration, and coordination of project activities.
- Develop and implement performance metrics and dashboards to monitor the impact of process improvements and tool integrations.
- Ensure continuous tracking and reporting of operational performance.
- Support Business units to Embed Continuous Improvement as part of their Day-to-Day business cycle.
