Marketplace Performance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketplace Performance Specialist to expand our presence across leading online marketplaces.

About the Role

This role involves managing brand onboarding and setup, identifying opportunities for growth, and building sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and manage brand listings across relevant marketplaces.
  • Own revenue targets for marketplace channels and build strategies to increase sales performance.
  • Manage product listings for accuracy, compelling descriptions, and optimized visibility and conversions.
  • Develop and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and brand partnerships to drive sales growth.
  • Track key metrics, generate actionable insights, and build data-driven strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless marketplace execution.
  • Maintain compliance with platform requirements and build strong relationships with account managers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing businesses on marketplaces.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with marketplace dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce operations, listing standards, returns management, and pricing strategies.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
  • Genuine interest in digital commerce.
