Job Description

As a Compliance and HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization's adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures across the organization.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  • Provide guidance and interpretation of regulations related to human resources, labor relations, and employee benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company-wide policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in human resources compliance or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Experience with payroll processing, statutory compliances, and documentation procedures.
