HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in India.

Job Summary:

As the primary HR contact for customer-facing teams, you will be responsible for supporting their operational and people needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll/benefits admin support, HR data management, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Support HR Business Partners in managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Address employee relations topics, coach managers, and ensure timely and compliant resolutions, working closely with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Drive and participate in employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building programs to maintain compliance with India labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to gather feedback, analyze people data, and recommend people program improvements for customer-facing teams.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience as an HR generalist or HR Specialist is preferred, preferably in a SaaS company.

Demonstrated experience supporting global customer-facing teams, a deep understanding of India employment laws and HR compliance, and ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
