Daily Operations Overview
- Manage the full spectrum of human resource administration, ensuring seamless daily operations.
- Analyze and review leave and medical leave records, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Process staff reimbursement claims efficiently, maintaining accurate records and resolving queries promptly.
- Provide general HR support, handling administrative tasks and office duties with precision.
- Promote a positive work environment through participation in sports and recreational activities.
Payroll Administration Responsibilities
- Administer payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and HR matters, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports, highlighting key performance indicators.
- Oversee income tax submissions and IR8A preparation for outlet employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Process reservists' make-up pay claims, work permits, S passes, and employment passes efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local employment act, immigration act, and HR-related government acts.
- Assist in preparing year-end staff performance appraisals, tabulating data for HR Manager review.
- Support HR Manager in compiling annual increment and bonus payouts, ensuring fairness and equity.
Employee Benefits and Compensation
- Liaise with insurance providers for yearly renewals, managing Work Injury Compensation matters and claims.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze staff welfare and benefits compensation on a periodic basis, recommending improvements to HR Manager.

Bachelor's Degree and Experience
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
