HR Operations and Total Rewards Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations and Total Rewards Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation, benefits, and HR compliance, with a strong analytical background and expertise in managing large volumes of data.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective consultation on compensation and benefit programs, working closely with other team members to ensure consistency across the organization. They will also be the focal point for all employee benefits, partnering with global Benefits teams to administer existing benefits and lead changes as needed.

This role requires strong attention to detail, precision, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR systems and processes, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide effective consultation on compensation and benefit programs
  2. Work closely with other team members to ensure consistency across the organization
  3. Be the focal point for all employee benefits
  4. Partner with global Benefits teams to administer existing benefits and lead changes as needed
  5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  6. Develop and implement governance RACI for rewards and policies administration controls

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • MBA/PGDM qualification
  • Minimum 8+ years of total experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Compensation, benefits, HR Compliances, HRIS, HR Operations
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Strong analytical and expertise to manage data in large volume
  • Deep knowledge on HR Systems and processes to drive execution
  • Adherence to Lilly's values and purpose
  • Demonstrated leadership and resilience in dealing with ambiguity and complex situations
  • High on integrity, collaboration and trustworthiness
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to multitask
  • High level of motivation and a strong desire to find solutions
