Job Opportunity: Lead Human Resources Professional
Seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR Manager to oversee the human resources function at our client's Sugar & Distillery plant.
- Leads all plant-level HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development.
- Drives employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Manages industrial relations (IR) and maintains strong union/worker relationships while ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Oversees time office, payroll, attendance, and shift management systems.
- Implements HR policies, performance management systems, and career development frameworks.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety, and welfare regulations in line with factory and distillery operations.
- Acts as a strategic partner to plant leadership, supporting productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Manages disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with fairness and transparency.
Requirements:
- Strong educational background and professional certifications
- 15 years of experience required in HR management and industrial relations
- Expert knowledge of labor laws, IR, and statutory compliance.
