The role of Global Human Resources Strategist is pivotal in driving business transformation through process standardization, employee-centric service delivery, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery & Operations
    • Leverage scalable HR operations to manage end-to-end processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle across global entities.
    • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery aligned with defined SLAs and KPIs.
    • Oversee HR helpdesk operations for timely resolution of employee queries.
  • Process Excellence & Standardization
    • Drive harmonization of HR processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Champion automation and scalability using platforms like SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Maintain compliance with global labor laws and regulations.
    • Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments to uphold operational integrity and mitigate risks.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
    • Cultivate collaboration among HR COEs, regional HR leaders, and business stakeholders to align operational goals with strategic priorities.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Leverage analytics tools for actionable insights on workforce trends, service performance, and employee experience.
    • Deliver dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Scaling up & Operational Effectiveness
    • Lead the strategic scaling of GBS operations by expanding service scope, increasing delivery capacity, and enhancing operating models to support business growth and transformation initiatives.
