Job Title: Manager - Social Commerce

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and execute social-first campaigns that drive brand visibility, engagement, and transactions. This role will collaborate with creators, content teams, and media stakeholders to amplify products across various platforms, contributing directly to lead flow and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing, onboarding, and managing influencers and creators, focusing on finfluencers, vernacular influencers, and nano creators.
  • Coordinating influencer campaigns - from briefs and scripts to publishing and performance tracking.
  • Creating and managing shoppable content journeys, including creator whitelisting, affiliate links, and referral setups.
  • Collaborating with design/content teams for social storytelling assets (Reels, Shorts, carousels, etc.).
  • Monitoring and reporting creator performance metrics - engagement, reach, and conversions.
  • Assisting in social commerce experiments (e.g., WhatsApp referrals, regional language creators, UGC).
  • Staying updated with social trends, platform features (Reels, Live, Shopping), and creator best practices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in influencer management, branded content, or social marketing.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging creator ecosystems.
  • Strong coordination and relationship-building skills with creators and agencies.
  • Proficient in using tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Qoruz, Phyllo, AppsFlyer, Bit.ly).
  • Experience in fintech, BFSI, or D2C brands is an asset.
