Channel Partner Manager

We are looking for a skilled Channel Partner Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role:
  • Manage a network of channel partners to drive new acquisitions and renewals.
  • Develop and implement sales growth and retention strategies to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new logo acquisitions and renewals by managing the complete customer lifecycle through channel partners and delivering monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with pan-India partner networks to drive user acquisition.
  • Track renewal percentages, revenue retention, new logo acquisitions, and partner performance using key metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to reduce churn, identify upsell potential, and improve processes.
  • Design scalable workflows to enhance partner productivity, customer retention, and renewal efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS channel partnerships, sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, channel economics, and partner enablement best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and forecast revenue.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to foster long-term, high-trust partnerships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets in a fast-moving environment.
