Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (IT Service) to join our team in Pune. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, lead generation, and client engagement on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries for business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, Upwork, LinkedIn, and networking events to generate leads.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up to understand their needs and requirements.
- Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients, highlighting Nirmitee.io's products or services.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team in identifying opportunities, preparing sales collateral, and coordinating meetings with clients.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities, tracking progress and updating CRM systems accordingly.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a drive to achieve targets and goals.
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 depending on experience.
