Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing new multinational clients in India and ensuring consistent revenue growth for our company. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets and revenue goals through strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship-building.

You will work closely with our global team, leveraging various tools to drive results and maintain strong local relationships. Additionally, you will mentor and monitor the performance of your team members to ensure they meet individual targets efficiently.

Your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Develop and maintain effective networks within the business community and industry
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
  • Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in BFSI/Insurance or MNC services
  • A proven track record of team handling and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • An MBA from a reputable B-School
