About the Job

MyOperator is looking for a Cross-Functional Team Lead to oversee the success of our customers. As a senior member of our customer-facing team, you will lead a team of professionals who build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in customer service and leadership, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with our business objectives
  • Manage team performance, including setting individual performance goals and conducting performance reviews
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive issue resolution and loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment with customers

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of customer-facing experience in customer service, technical support, or sales
  • Leadership skills, including experience leading and managing a team
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
