Job Description

Axis Bank is seeking a skilled Cross-Sell and Customer Service Expert to join our team in the Axis Virtual Centre. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating revenue through effective cross-selling strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve monthly revenue targets by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities with existing customers.
  2. Provide premium customer service to Priority customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their banking needs.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends and product offerings to effectively communicate value-added services to customers.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of banking services and products.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Proficiency in systems related to banking transactions and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible approach to work.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of ₹8.5 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits as per company policy.
