Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to handle banking related queries of our customers via call.
  • The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with added advantage if they speak any one of the following languages: Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam.
  • A basic understanding of customer support roles and responsibilities is essential for this position.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for handling customer issues and resolving them in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues via phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer service experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services to provide informed solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of customer support principles and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
