Customer Support Operations Specialist-ICC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Operations Specialist to join our team at Iron Systems. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support services to our customers.

Iron Systems is an innovative provider of custom-built computing infrastructure platforms. With over 15 years of experience, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer services programs, including the 24x7 Global customer care center, field engineer, and field spare parts management across 70+ countries.
- Monitor support cases regularly to ensure timely closure in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with resources and third-party vendors to meet SLA requirements.
- Oversee daily operations of the Command Centre.
- Ensure all assignments are completed on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of orders and system updates.
- Verify outbound paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Track metrics and customer service logs.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Able to work in a fast-paced 24x7 environment with flexibility in shift schedules.
Salary and Benefits:
Our competitive salary package includes a base pay of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth.
