Work Schedule: Flexible hours, including Morning/Evening/Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer services to support various programs, including a 24x7 Global customer care center, field engineer, and spare parts management in 70+ countries.
- Regularly monitor support cases to ensure timely closure according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with resources and third-party vendors to meet SLAs.
- Oversee daily operations of the Command Centre.
- Complete assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure order completion and system updates.
- Maintain accurate outbound paperwork and records.
- Analyze metrics and customer service logs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment with flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules.
Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
