Customer Relationship Management Executive

ICCS is seeking a seasoned Crm Head to lead our customer relationship management team. This is a critical role that requires an experienced professional who can ensure the satisfaction of our existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in the domestic BPO industry, with a proven track record of managing operations, client relations, or business development. They will be responsible for researching industry trends, providing strategic advice, and ensuring timely escalations are resolved.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around ₹3,500,000 - ₹4,200,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
