About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales or relationship management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for:
- Building strong relationships with existing and new clients to increase revenue growth.
- Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 5-8 years of experience in sales or relationship management.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of digital banking channels and retail banking products.
