Client Relationship Management Expert

HouseEazy is seeking a skilled Client Relationship Management Expert to join our team in Noida.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end customer relationships, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, collections, and resolution of customer issues.
- Timely closure of agreements for buyers and sellers, coordinating entire documentation till registry.
- Effective coordination with bankers, channel partners, internal teams, and other departments.
- Strategize and achieve collection targets.
- Monitor grievances and escalations received from customers.
- Provide timely, accurate, and satisfactory solutions to each query.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve collection targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, particularly in real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools.
- Results-driven with customer-centric mindset.

Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this role in Noida is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
