Customer Relationship Management Director

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Management Director to join our team at ICCS. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in managing operations, client relations, or business development within the domestic BPO industry.
Responsibilities- Ensure satisfaction of existing clients through after-sales care and feedback utilization.
- Identify and approach potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients.
- Research industry trends and provide advice on client strategy or new sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 15 years of experience in operations, client relations, or business development within the domestic BPO industry.
Compensation and BenefitsOur offer includes a competitive salary range of ₹5,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with other benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.
