Senior Customer Success Director

**Customer Success Role Overview:**
Credflow is seeking an experienced Senior Customer Success Director to lead our customer success team and drive growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving product adoption, and fostering long-term relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Customer Onboarding: Lead new customers through the onboarding process, providing training and guidance to ensure a smooth and successful implementation of our SaaS platform.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
- Product Adoption: Promote the use of our platform's features and functionalities, identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and drive deeper engagement.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the point of contact for any customer issues or concerns, working quickly to resolve problems and ensuring a positive experience.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand their needs and pain points, and work with the product team to influence the roadmap and improve the platform.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years of experience in a Customer Success role, preferably within the IT SaaS industry.
- A strong understanding of SaaS platforms and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to build rapport with clients and convey complex information clearly.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a track record of driving customer satisfaction and success.
