The role of Business Expansion Manager reports to the Business Director and is responsible for driving the expansion of our Pre-School network. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, communicate & present effectively to potential partners.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and secure new business opportunities for expansion of Pre-School.


• Conduct market research and analysis to identify suitable locations for new schools.


• Develop and implement lead generation initiatives through marketing activities.


• Present business opportunities to potential partners and evaluate their suitability.


• Design and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new partners.


• Drive revenue growth, profitability targets and product development in assigned regions.


• Serve as the key point of contact for business partners and coordinate with them for smooth operation of Franchise academic centers.


• Foster strong brand presence in target markets and conduct regular site inspections.


• Ensure high-quality academic processes and delivery meet company standards.


• Monitor industry market trends and intelligence.


• Implement corrective actions to address tier corrections and lost enquiries.


• Comply with all legal norms and procedures.


• Submit bi-weekly reports to track acquisitions and prepare region-wise collection reports.

Qualification & Requisite:


• Postgraduate degree in Management (Operations/Sales) or Graduate degree (BBA/BMS) with 5-7 years experience in franchise/Sales/Institutional Sales.


• Strong understanding of geographic regions and willingness to travel.
