Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in Nagpur. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for developing franchise sales strategies, generating leads, and managing franchising operations.

The individual will work closely with potential franchisees, providing them with guidance and support throughout the franchising process. Daily tasks will include prospecting new leads, conducting business planning meetings, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

The manager will also be responsible for maintaining effective communication with franchisees and internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising
  • Skills in Business Planning and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Nagpur
  • Prior experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred

with minimum 3-5 Years experience in Real estate Sales or Franchise selling..
