Job Title: Sales Manager ( Four wheeler Showroom )

Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 8yrs Four Wheeler showroom

Location :- Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the team of Sales Consultants/Executives.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Handle high-value customers and assist in closing deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Insurance (F&I), CRM, and Service teams for smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM (car manufacturer) standards, dealership processes, and RTO regulations.
  • Oversee vehicle display, merchandising, and test drive management in the showroom.
  • Conduct sales team training on product knowledge, soft skills, and closing techniques.
  • Review market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare sales performance reports and present them to senior management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing ability.
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and achieve sales goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/DMS systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 5–8 years of automobile sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a four-wheeler dealership.
