Job Title: General Manager in Sales (Four-Wheeler Showroom)

Experience Required: Minimum 4–15yrs (Four Wheeler showroom)

Location :- Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the entire sales team including Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective measures to achieve business goals.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and referral business.
  • Ensure showroom processes, documentation, and RTO formalities are followed as per company standards.
  • Coordinate with Finance & Insurance (F&I), CRM, and Service teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain relationships with OEM representatives and ensure compliance with dealer standards.
  • Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through complaint resolution and feedback monitoring.
  • Ensure effective display, merchandising, and test drive management in the showroom.
  • Prepare and monitor sales budgets, forecasts, and incentive structures.

  • Ability to drive sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM/DMS tools, and sales reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • 5–15 years of automobile sales experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role in a four-wheeler dealership.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
