Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Sales Manager – Health Sales to drive business growth through agent recruitment, engagement, and effective sales execution. The role involves managing existing agents, onboarding new ones, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly sales targets through innovative marketing and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and agent network expansion.
  • Manage existing agents and recruit new agents to strengthen the sales channel.
  • Plan and implement local schemes, training, and engagement programs for agents.
  • Monitor agent productivity and ensure consistent performance and activation.
  • Conduct roadshows, promotional events, and customer engagement activities to generate leads.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and minimal discrepancies in sales processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Underwriting, and Claims) to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the Business Development Manager.
