
HR Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively manage human resources and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources:
- Lead recruitment efforts by posting job openings, interviewing candidates, and managing the hiring process.
- Monitor employee attendance, overtime, and leave records, ensuring accuracy for payroll purposes.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including identification documents, experience letters, and other relevant information.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and supporting appraisal cycles.
- Identify training needs and coordinate sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and resolve grievances in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate records and supporting audits as needed.
- Administration:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring facilities, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems are functioning properly.
- Coordinate staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements for employees and guests.
- Ensure the office is safe, secure, and fully operational by performing regular maintenance tasks.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain administrative budget records.
- Collaborate with authorities to ensure legal compliance and oversee insurance renewals for company assets.
- Organize training sessions, staff meetings, and company events to promote effective communication and collaboration among departments.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
- Experience in payroll management, attendance systems, and HR software tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle employee relations, grievance management, and engagement activities.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRMS tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR operations, compliance, and administrative tasks.
