Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to serve as the primary HR point of contact at our warehouse site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture, managing attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations, handling employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution, overseeing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, maintaining and updating HR records, documentation, and MIS reports, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture
  2. Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations
  3. Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution
  4. Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff
  5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  6. Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports
  7. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 4+ years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools
