Franchise Business Development Professional

The Franchise Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network by identifying, approaching, and onboarding strategic franchise partners.

This key position requires a highly skilled and proactive individual with an in-depth understanding of ownership franchise business models, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to build and maintain robust relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Network Expansion: Identify and engage potential franchise partners
  • Pitching and Sales: Develop tailored pitches to secure franchise deals
  • Onboarding and Integration: Provide dedicated support to new franchise partners during the onboarding phase
  • Market Analysis and Lead Generation: Conduct market research to identify franchise opportunities and industry trends
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with franchise partners for a seamless onboarding experience

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of franchise models and the motivations of potential franchisees
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in franchise sales, development, and management in the retail sector
  • Proven track record of developing master-franchisees or direct franchisees across various cities
  • Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements
