The Account Manager role is a critical position that involves managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive sales growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent client service and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, handling day-to-day communication, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
