Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in the Mohali district, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, managing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. They will also assist in developing sales strategies, providing product training to clients, and analyzing sales data to improve performance. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Training skills for providing product training to clients
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals
- Analytical skills to analyze sales data and improve performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
