Position: Inside Sales Specialist

Experience: 1-8 years (Preferred in Digital Marketing Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients via cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Understand client needs and pitch tailored Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development, etc.).
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to deliver accurate service proposals and quotations.
- Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales, especially for digital marketing services.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and email automation tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and tech-savvy.
